Well-being in the Future World – Man Surrounded by Modern Technology in Work and Life
International pilot course on well-being, technology, attention, self-regulation, and mindfulness, held in Gdańsk within the ACE²-EU alliance.
Participation in the international pilot course "Well-being in the Future World – Man Surrounded by Modern Technology in Work and Life", held between April 28 and 29, 2026 at the Medical University of Gdańsk within the ACE²-EU alliance. The initiative brought together students from partner universities for an international learning experience focused on exchange, reflection, and collaboration in a multicultural environment. Throughout the course, participants explored topics such as digital awareness, self-regulation, and mindfulness, reflecting on how technology affects well-being, attention, human relationships, and learning efficiency. The experience also had a strong integrative dimension, encouraging meaningful connections, personal reflection, and a more conscious approach to balancing technology, work, and life. The course was funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) under the programme "Support for European Universities".
